Sad news in the world of Fashion this week, Cheap Monday will cease to exist. Parent company H&M has decided, after 10 years of ownership, that, due to less-than-extraordinary sales over the last decade, it is no longer worth keeping the brands alive. These brands include Cheap Monday and Weekdays. Cheap Monday was the first acquisition H&M ever made back in 2008, when sales and production were booming.
One of the major reasons for the Liquidation has been the struggle to adapt to the rapid shift to online sales of the industry. As great lovers of the brand, we say goodbye to the iconic skull.
