Paraíso, the festival of electronic music and other arts is in its second year, and we couldn’t be more excited! After a successful and much-loved 1st edition last year, this creative and artistic hub is back with a strong and exciting line-up! This year they’re bigger, with a new stage “NEST”, to cater for the demand for more of what makes this festival great. From international DJs like Laurent Garnier to more experimental artists like Charlotte Gainsbourg, CHVRCHES, Maribou State and more, this is the perfect way to start the summer season!
Art and Music aren’t the only things respected at Paraíso, as great care is given to the environment and future of our planet. Sustainability and the Environment play a key role here, helping improve the only thing a festival faults in, the debris and rubbish thousands of people leave behind once the lights go off.
The electronic scene has always been very strong and influential in France, and you’ll get the chance to see Polo & Pan, who played for the first time in Madrid back in 2018, and returned for a concert after the more-than-positive reception they received from the people of the capital! Charlotte Gainsbourg will also be attending, known for her work as an actress, and also being the daughter of the French icon Serge Gainsbourg, she is now cementing herself as a serious and respected musician/singer!
Great Britain will also be bringing a tour-de-force, with artists such as Mount Kimbie, Maribou State, and the Scottish trio CHVRCHES. While Spain will be showcasing national artists such as John Talabot and North State.
The location of the event will take place at the University of Complutense. This spacious, green space offers a clean, sunny and comfortable area to enjoy the music from. With food trucks, gaming areas, chill-out spaces and other facilities to make the festival as fun of an experience as possible.
Having said all that, the prices of the day and two-day tickets are a bargain! Only 85€ for the two day pass! Definitely worth it for an unforgettable start to the summer! So join us on the 14th and 15th of June and start the festival season with a bang! Get your ticket before they sell out!
