Madrid is fast becoming one of the most international platforms in the world of Gastronomy, with dishes from around the world being introduced to the capital to the delight of locals and tourists alike. More of us are discovering foods, styles, and staples of the culinary world faster than ever before. And a perfect example of this is The Lobstar! Bringing you the tastes of New England and a whole new way of looking at seafood.

The Lobstar

The star of the restaurant is, of course, the Lobster! Contained in delicious, split-topped buns, reminiscent of a hot dog, the Lobster Roll is a dish you may not have known existed, but once you’ve tried it, you’ll be wanting more! Using various parts of the lobster, from tails, to the claws, no piece of it is put to waste.

The Lobstar

This stylish and buzzing restaurant, decorated with a big Neon Sign and memorabilia of the famous New England’s Patriots and other typical mementos of Maine, The Lobstar offers the customer a great setting to enjoy the delicious food it cooks. From Clam Chowder to Fish Tacos, Clams and more, your taste buds will be re-invigorated and delighted. The portions are plentiful too, so choosing three courses will be a mission, but one worth taking on. The clam chowder is creamy and overflowing with taste, the fish tacos are fresh and crunchy, the Lobster roll is something hard to describe, but astonishing, and the desserts… well, the desserts are sinfully good! We would recommend the Key Lime Pie (yet another typical American dish you need in your life).

The Lobstar

Situated on Calle de Caranza, at the edge of Malasaña, The Lobstar really feels like a small piece of America. The minute you walk into this place, you will forget you’re in Madrid. From the music playlists, the decor, the service and, of course, the food, you can tell the precision and effort put into every aspect of the restaurant.
