We know that there is no such thing as THE best pizza, as taste is subjective and some people like the traditional, 3-ingredient pizzas and others like more exotic, fruit-topped one. But here is a list of some of the best in terms of quality, ingredients, price and, in some cases, originality.

1. The most authentic one that’s inside a market.

2. The one will the most varied selection of beers.

🍕🍺Two Italian Brothers who left behind their careers to devote themselves to this Neapolitan pizza specialty in Spain’s capital bring us Fratelli Figurato: an authentic and truly unique culinary experience of pizza delight. One brother focuses more on the image and branding of FF, and the the other one focuses on the food. A dynamic duo at its best. It’s traditional, it’s fresh, and they just recently celebrated a year with us, and we look forward to many many more! -- 📍Calle de Alonso Cano, 37 -- 📍Gregorio Marañon -- Mon to Sun: 1.30pm-3.30pm/ 8.30pm-11pm -- #pizza#pizzalovers#madrid#madridfoodies#madridmola#gregoriomarañon#visitmadrid#madridcity#locomadrid#fratellifigurato#madridpizza#chamberi#madridfood#madrid_ig

5. The one that’s growing the fastest.

It’s easy to forget what a good, traditional pizza is with so many chains and Americanised toppings these days. Also we’re in Spain, so unless you go to Italy, it’s debatable there are any ‘proper’ pizzas here in the first place. Luckily there are a few places in Madrid that do offer great, fresh pizzas, with surprisingly great service, and at a more-than-reasonable price. @grosso_napoletano isn’t just that though, the decor is perfect for it’s purpose, with plants covering vintage tables and chairs, and tasteful music playing in the background, allowing for a great time as a whole. It’s a great place to go with friends, family or even alone, as you can be in and out within half an hour. There are three Grossos in town, we’d pick the one on Calle de Gaztambide as it attracts a younger more international crowd. If you’re going to spend a tenner on a pizza, go somewhere where you’ll enjoy the experience. . . . . . . . #pizza#pizzeria#pizzaplace#pizzamadrid#foodcoma#foodporn#igfood#instafood#restaurante#foodinmadrid#eater#onebite#fresh#freshpizza#margarita#calzone#parma#salami#salamipizza#backintime#grosso#napoletano#italiano#lwfood#foody#foodies#madrid#spain#keepittraditional
